Things are getting more and more interesting... As anonymous source reports - soon after Sahara Shaheen's death (an actress, Barthe Cortes 's fiancee and a mother of his 2,5 years old daughter) Barthe signed a document that; in short, can be reduced to the fact that it states that if BC does not get back home within 4 months he loses his parental rights to daughter Brillarose, and parental rights will be taken over by a person determined in the document by Barthe. Still, the anonymous source did not want to reveal an identity of a person determined by Cortes, who would take Bri's custody. We can imagine that Barthe Cortes signed this document so that in case of his death his daughter will be in safe hands and avoid a several months stay in an orphanage during a trial which would be aimed at determining a new custodian (well, that's the law!). So BC's decision seems to be totally justified, especially as you read newspapers' headlines. They mainly concern shooting, conflicts with Al-Qaeda , bombs, etc. (from time to time there is some news about a new contract) Well, in that case we are not surprised that BC wanted to spare his daughter possible trauma of his death; still, he might have not predicted that he could go to jail for longer than 4 months [ read about it here ].. and it is likely that if he spends this time in prison he must prepare himself for a trial in order to recover his parental rights.
